Amy Maddaluna

Senior Recruiter

Amy Maddaluna comes to Prodigy Search with just under 15 years of experience in Recruiting & Human Resources. Prior to joining Prodigy, she worked in tech and consulting. Maddaluna has extensive experience working with clients to understand the gaps on their current teams, as well as what their ideal candidate looks like. She has helped design interview processes, come up with creative avenues for measuring competencies and has forged strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Maddaluna has worked on senior-level searches in almost every discipline and job function.

Maddaluna has joined Prodigy Search as a Senior Recruiter and works with clients to tailor each search to their specific hiring needs. This includes developing job descriptions, providing a transparent candidate experience and finding top talent for our exciting roster of clients.

Although new to the sports business industry, she is an avid football and basketball fan and has played (and coached) many sports herself. Maddaluna has a strong passion for women’s sports and is excited to be witnessing the climb of women on both the playing surface and business side of sports. She is a Jets, Knicks and Notre Dame fan, but truly loves all sports! Amy lives in Central NJ with her partner Jordan and hopes to be a dog-mom soon!
